Aims and Objectives

Person Centered Care Ltd aims and objectives are:

• to provide a quality care package/support service that can be relied upon by all our customers and their families
• to provide a consistently high standard of home care that will enable our customers to live safely and comfortably in their own homes, whilst maintaining their dignity and privacy. 
• to help our customers achieve the best possible, quality of life whilst maintaining their dignity, privacy, independence and freedom of choice.

OUR PRINCIPLES

• Focus on services users. We aim to provide personal care and support in ways which have positive outcomes for our customers/services users and promote their active participation.
• Ensure that we are fit for our purpose. We examine our operations constantly to ensure that we are successfully achieving our stated aims and purposes. We welcome feedback from our customers/service users and their friends & relatives.
• Meet assessed needs. Before we provide services, we ensure that a potential Service user’s needs and preferences are thoroughly assessed. We aim to ensure that the care the Agency provides meets the assessed needs of each service user, that needs are re-assessed as frequently as necessary, and that the care and support provided have the flexibility to respond to changing needs or requirements.
• Ensure the health and safety of our customers/service users and our care workers, as detailed in the Risk assessments carried out by the agency. It is the responsibility of the customer/service user or their families/representatives to ensure the environment in which they live does not place people visiting their home at risk. It is our responsibility to ensure that any risks identified are managed safely and reviewed regularly, according to Person Centered Care Ltd care policies and procedures.
• Quality of staff. We ensure that all our staff are fully trained in order to deliver the quality service we pride ourselves in. All our staff will access both mandatory and client specific trainings through the company’s Training Partners, Local Authorities, CTPLD or other local training companies. All our staff will also have enhanced DBS checks to ensure that our customers are not put at risk.
